Lever Belt

The Hardbody 13mm Lever Belt is built for lifters who want maximum stability, premium materials, and a refined bracing experience. Made from 100% full grain leather, it delivers the rigidity and longevity required for serious lifting and comes equipped with Hardbody’s most advanced lever mechanism.

The belt features a black full grain leather exterior with a deep embossed Hardbody logo, paired with a black suede interior for a secure grip and a raised rubberised “Yours To Make” slogan for signature branding. At 13mm thick and 10cm high, it provides uniform support across the entire core.

Each belt includes the Hardbody Lever – Patented Mechanism, a forged aluminium locking system engineered for a smoother, stronger, and more secure bracing experience. Forging compresses the aluminium for increased density and rigidity, resulting in a lightweight yet durable mechanism with excellent impact resistance.

The patented design uses a metal-on-metal clasp for a solid locking feel, supported by a two-stage engagement system that improves setup stability, reduces misalignment, and provides a consistent closing action under load.

How the Lever Mechanism Works

Pre-Latch Stage – Engage the top plate into the receiver. A centrally positioned ball-spring detent applies light retention, keeping the mechanism aligned while you position the belt and making tightening easier without adding early tension.

Final Lock Stage – Rotate the lever past the over-centre point. This creates strong, even belt tension and a secure lock for bracing. The forged aluminium build and metal-on-metal interface provide a stable, consistent closing feel under load.

To Release – Lift the lever to remove tension, then unhook the plate from the receiver.

This system is engineered for stability, repeatable performance, and reduced wear over long-term use.

Wipe exterior leather with a dry or slightly damp cloth

Use a suede brush to maintain the interior lining

Avoid soaking the belt or using harsh chemicals

Lever Mechanism

Clean with a microfibre cloth and metal polish or glass cleaner

Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that may dull the finish

Assembling Your Lever Belt

Remove the belt and lever from the packaging

Slide the screws through the holes on the lever backplate

Secure the screws using a Phillips head screwdriver

Position the lever on your Hardbody 13mm Lever Belt and adjust before tightening

Measure around your core just above the belly button, not your waist size. Select the belt size that matches your core measurement

Close the lever firmly and confirm the mechanism is fully secure

Knee Sleeves

The Hardbody MVPro (Maximum Velocity Protection) Knee Sleeves are made out of 7mm thick neoprene, designed to support your knee joint, keeping it secure while performing an exercise. Reinforced with ergonomic compression strips wrapping around the sleeve, then complete with a rubberised lining inside for increased grip.

This model of knee sleeve is exclusive to Hardbody, developed in-house, designed from scratch and protected under our IP.

Neoprene: Neoprene is a synthetic rubber that is known for its durability and flexibility. These properties allow the sleeves to withstand the high forces and stresses that are placed on the knees during exercise.

Avoid throwing or dropping the sleeves when removing, as this can cause damaged.

How to clean knee sleeves:

You can either use a washing machine or hand wash as long as cold water is utilised/low temperature wash. Please air dry to ensure no damage occurs during the washing process.

Wrist Wraps

Hardbody Wrist Wraps are made from high-quality elastic materials such as nylon and spandex. The elastic material provides support and compression to the wrist joint, helping to stabilise it during exercises. The velcro used in these wraps with a strong adhesive that allows the wraps to stay securely in place during use.

In addition to the elastic and velcro materials, our Wrist Wraps also include padding and other features to provide additional comfort and support.

Nylon/Spandex: Nylon and spandex are highly elastic, which means they can stretch and move with the wearer's body, providing support and compression to the wrist joint. This can help to stabilise the joint and reduce the risk of injury during heavy lifts. Resistance to wear and tear. Do not easily stretch out or lose their shape over time while being comfortable and long lasting.
